摘要
思想政治教育是西藏高校工作的重要环节,是扎实推进西藏人才培养工作的关键。结合新时期教育教学理念的变革,在"四观"课的翻转课堂教学变革中巧妙运用问题式教学,将有益于解决变革实践中的系列难题,助力课程变革富有成效,最终实现培养西藏新时期建设需要的合格建设者和接班人的教育目标。
Ideological and political education in Tibet is the key to the success of Tibetan talent training, as well as the significant integral part of Tibetan tertiary education. In combination with current educational idea, the introduction of problem-based teaching into the Flipped Classroom of courses concerning "Four-View", Marx's view of the motherland, Marx's idea of nationalism, Marx's view of religion, and Marx's view of culture, is to overcome various difficulties in the process of educational revolution, strengthening the effect of curriculum reform. Only in this way, can qualified talents be cultivated to serve Tibetan construction in this era.
