摘要
在地方高校转型发展的大背景下,中国法制史课必须改变传统以讲授为主灌输式单一的教学方法,即在现有教材的基础上,尝试混合式教学法,一是以"朝代为经,以问题导向为纬和变与不变的动、静结合",重点问题学生参与的法典专题讲解;二是"案例比较、小组讨论"教学法等在教学中的灵活运用,加深学生对古代法律知识的理解和记忆,激发学生学习兴趣及求知欲望,达到改善教学效果和提高教学质量的目的。
In the background of the development of local colleges transformation, the course of the "History of Chinese legal System" must reform the traditional single force-feeding teaching, namely on the basis of the existing teaching material, try to use the hybrid method of teaching, the first is the teaching method of "Code on special topics" which use the dynasty for longitude and the oriented problem as weft, mix the dynamic and static teaching methods, and students can participate the key problems discussion; the second is the method of flexible use case comparison and group discussion, for deepening students' understanding and memory to the ancient legal knowledge, stimulating their learning interest and the thirst for knowledge, ultimately reaching the purpose of improving the teaching effect and quality.
