摘要
农民大学生在接受学历教育前法律知识相对贫乏,运用法治思维和法治方式处理问题的能力相对较低,法律信仰的形成尚有一个较长的过程。针对这一群体的法律课程教学应定位为:为农村治理的法治化提供智力支持;丰富学员的法律知识,培养学员的法律情感;为农村社会培养普法人才,为国家法律融入乡土社会奠定基础。教师要更新教学理念,创新教学方法,采用案例式、研讨式、情景模拟式等教学方法。
The farmers "College Students" legal knowledge is relatively poor before receiving education, the ability to deal with the problem by the rule of law thinking and the rule of law is relatively low, and the formation of legal belief is still a long process. According to the law of this group course teaching should be positioned as: to provide intellectual support for the rule of law in rural governance; students enrich the legal knowledge, training students legal emotion; cultivate legal talents for the rural society, as state law integrate into the local society to lay the foundation. Teachers should renew teaching ideas, innovate teaching methods, and adopt the teaching methods such as case study, research style and scene simulation.
