职业能力培养视角下酒店管理专业理论课程教学改革研究——以许昌学院为例

职业能力是酒店行业对酒店管理专业学生的要求,培养符合行业需求的专业人才是酒店管理专业教学的目标。文章以许昌学院为例,针对酒店管理专业在理论课程教学上存在的一些问题,从培养学生职业能力角度出发,提出了一些理论课程教学的改革路径,以满足当前酒店管理行业对专业管理人才的需求。

Professional ability is the requirement of hotel industry to student majored in hotel management and cultivating professional talents who meet the requirements of hotel industry is the teaching goal of hotel management major. Taking Xuchang College as an example and based on some problems in theory course teaching of hotel management major, this paper puts forward some reform methods from the perspective of cultivating students＇ professional ability, to meet the requirements of hotel management industry to professional management talents.
