摘要
近年来,医学生就业问题变得日益突出,医学院校就业指导课现状不容乐观,教师教学内容单一、学生不够重视等问题不容小觑。如何提升医学类专业毕业生的求职能力,势在必行。通过引入结构化面试提升就业指导课程的有效性,是医学生就业指导课教学改革的可行性选择。
In recent years, medical students' employment issues become increasingly serious, current situation of vocational guidance course in medical colleges are not optimistic, such as the single teaching content and the less attention of students and so on. It is very imperative to improve medical graduates' ability of hunting for jobs. Introducing structured interview to improve the effectiveness of the employment guidance course is one feasible choice to reform medical students' vocational guidance teaching.
