摘要
学员单一评价的局限性,使得三维评价成了教师课堂教学质量评价的一种选择。三维评价虽然更有效、更可靠,但其本身存在一些困境。掌握基本原则,提出有效对策,走出困境,是教师课堂教学质量三维评价有效实施的必经之路。
Limitations of the student's single evaluation leads three dimensional evaluation to become a choice for the evaluation of teachers' classroom teaching quality. Although three dimensional evaluation looks more effective and more reliable, there are some difficulties in itself. It is the only way for the effective implementation of the three dimensional evaluation of teachers' classroom teaching quality to master basic principles, put forward effective countermeasures and walk out of the dilemma.
