从日常考务管理看考务管理规范化

考试作为教学工作中经常采用的一种评价形式,具有测评、反馈、激励等多种功能,能够帮助、督促学生系统掌握所学知识和技能,同时也有利于评价教师教学效果,改进教育教学,乃至对高校教学与人才培养质量的提升有重要作用。基于此,文章着眼于日常考务工作的实际,结合考务管理各个环节的特点和要求,进行考务规范化的思考,并提出针对性的建议和对策。以期能为高职院校考试管理的规范化和制度化提出一些建设性的意见和建议。

As a teaching evaluation method, examination has a variety of functions, such as assessment, feedback, incentives and so on. It not only urges the students to master the knowledge and skills, but also facilitates to evaluate teaching effectiveness, improve education and teaching. It also plays an important role in improving teaching quality and talent cultivation. Based on the routine examination, this paper combines all features and requirements in examination management and proposes suggestions and countermeasures after thinking how to regulate examination work. It hopes to put forward some useful idea and advice to regulate and institutionalize the examination management of colleges and universities.
