双重职责视角下的高校辅导员学生工作原则探析

高校辅导员承担着大学生思想政治教育与学生事务管理双重职责。大学生思想政治教育与学生事务管理两者间既对立又统一。辅导员在学生工作中经常出现职能混乱的状况,根本原因在于未能正确理解两者间的辩证关系。辅导员唯有在正确认识两者辩证关系的基础上,建构自身的学生工作机制,才能更好地提升学生工作的针对性和时效性。
