基于MOOC构建高校继续教育与社区教育的教学模型研究

摘要 MOOC(Massive Open Online Course),指大规模开放性的网络在线课程。是当前风行于发达国家基于网络环境下的远程教育模式。随着我国城镇化进程的不断加快,以"社区"为单位的基层组织结构逐步代替了原有的社会管理形态。社区教育的作用越来越重要。但我国社区在开展继续教育时面临着师资力量短缺、教学资源匮乏、教学及管理经验不足等困惑。而MOOC具有大规模性、开放性等特征,再结合高校继续教育的优质教育教学资源有利于我国社区教育的普及和延伸,进一步强化终身教育体系的构建。 MOOC, which refers to massive open online courses, is a popular remote education mode in developed countries based on network environment. With the acceleration of urbanization, community, a kind of grassroots organization, gradually takes place of original social management form. The role of community education is more and more important. But the communities in our country face the shortage of teachers, teaching resources, teaching and management experience in carrying out continuing education. Featuring large scale and openness, MOOC can combine with high-quality teaching resources from higher continuing education, which is beneficial to popularization and expansion of community education and further enhancing the construction of lifelong education system.
