高校学生公寓党建工作探索与实践

学生公寓是大学生学习、生活的重要场所,也是高校思想政治教育工作的重要阵地,将党建引进到公寓,填补学生在生活区的思想政治教育空白区,占领新高地对加强学生的党性教育和加强基层党建工作具有极其重要的意义。青岛滨海学院创新基层党建工作模式,将学生党建和公寓管理融为一体,通过公寓党支部开展学生公寓党建工作,开拓学生党建进公寓的新思路,取得了显著的成效。

Student apartment is an important part in college students＇ learning and daily life, and is also the important position of ideological and political education work. Introducing the party construction into the apartment, filling the blank of ideological and political education in the living quarters of students, and conquering new heights have a great significance to strengthen party spirit education of students and party construction in grassroots level. Through party construction in student department, the innovative grassroots party construction work mode of Qingdao Binhai University integrates party construction with department management and develops a new idea of carrying out party construction in student department, which achieved remarkable results.
