高职教育创新型人才培养中融入素质教育初探——结合山西工程职业技术学院创新班的探讨

随着知识经济的不断发展,创新型人才的培养已成为高校重要任务,高职院校以其职业性的特点,在其中起着举足轻重的作用,在这一过程中我们着重分析了将素质教育融入创新型人才培养的原因,并结合我院创新班的实际情况分析了在创新型人才培养过程中融入素质教育的具体途径。
