摘要
积极心理学主张心理学应该研究人类的积极心理品质。在分析当前行为养成教育困境的基础上,阐述了在积极心理学视野下构建高校积极行为养成教育体系的措施,包括倡导积极行为养成教育观念,挖掘积极行为养成教育的内涵、拓展积极行为养成教育的途径、创设积极行为养成教育的环境等。
Positive psychology advocates that psychology should study the positive psychological quality of human beings. Based on the analysis of the current difficulties of behavior cultivation education, this article focuses on the exposition in positive psychology from the perspective of constructing the positive behavior to develop education system of measures, including advocacy for positive action to develop a concept of education, mining positive behavior forming education connotation, expanding positive behavior cultivation education approaches, creating positive behavior nurturance education environment and so on.
