克拉霉素联合替硝唑治疗小儿胃炎临床效果观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Clarithromycin Combined with Tinidazole for Treatment of Infantile Gastritis

目的:探讨克拉霉素联合替硝唑治疗小儿胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年6月-2015年1月就诊的小儿胃炎患者60例,将患儿按照入院编号随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组入院之后给予患儿常规治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础之上再采用克拉霉素联合替硝唑进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后痊愈率和幽门螺杆菌的根治率明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用克拉霉素联合替硝唑治疗小儿胃炎,能有效改善患儿治疗效果,提高患儿幽门螺杆菌根治率,值得临床上大力推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Clarithromycin combined with Tinidazole for treatment of infantile gastritis.Method： From June 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital 60 cases of infantile gastritis patients under the treatment were selected, and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group in accordance with the admission numbers, 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy, while the observation group received the treatment of Clarithromycin combined with Tinidazole on the basis of conventional therapy.Therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Result： The cure rate after the treatment and the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifieant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ： Using Clarithromycin combined with Tinidazole for treatment of infantile gastritis can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, improve the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori, and it is worth to be applied in clinical.
