ADVIA2120i与XN-1000全自动血细胞分析仪结果对比研究

The contrastive study between ADVIA2120i and XN-1000 fully automatic blood cell analyzer

目的：为探讨两种不同型号的ADVIA2120i和XN-1000全自动血细胞分析仪对同一批临床标本的检测结果的差异，比较两台仪器的检测性能，从而为临床检验工作提供指导性意义。方法：用ADVIA2120i和XN-1000两种仪器对从，临床上收集的标本做同种项目（全血细胞计数及白细胞分类计数）的检测，收集两种仪器实验所得的各项实验数据，并整理、比较、分析。结果：两台全自动血细胞分析仪在红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、红细胞平均体积、平均血红蛋白浓度及血小板等检验项目上都有很好的一致性，两台仪器的批间、批内精密度及总精密度的变异系数均在各自的设定范围内；两台仪器在白细胞分类方面的检测结果除嗜碱性粒细胞外，其它各项分类差异无统计学意义。结论：ADVIA2120i和XN-1000全自动血细胞分析仪的检测性能良好，在做红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板等项目上，两台仪器可交叉使用，但是在做单核细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞项目上两台仪器的检测结果有差别，须与其他仪器或用人工镜检法加以佐证。

Objective ： ADVIA2120i and XN 1000 fully automatic blood cell analyzer, Exploring the different types of test instruments for the same test result difference of clinical specimens, comparing the detection performance of two different type instrument and providing guiding for clinical inspection work. Methods ： Using ADVIA2120i and XN-1000 fully automatic blood cell analyzer to do the same project for the clinical specimen .We collected two kinds of instruments and experiments of the experimental data to organiz, compar and analyze the experimental data collected.Results Two fully automatic blood cell analyzer in red blood cells, white blood cells, hemoglobin and platelet test projects had good consistency. Between the two instrument of batch, batch precision and variation coefficient of total precision are within the scope of their respective set. Two instrument of testing results and other types of blood cells analyzer compared to test results, in addition to the detection ofbasophils project has certain difference, the various test data correlation is well. Complete blood count and classification of leukocyte count are all accord with the requirement of laboratory. Corlclusi0rls ： ADVIA2120i and XN-1000 fully automatic blood cell analyzer have better detection performance for red blood cells, hemoglobin and platelets detecting. But in basophils detection, the two instrument of testing results have certain difference and need to use artificial microscopy method and other instruments to evidence its degree of exactitude.
