摘要
目的:分析有效的沟通与不合格标本率的关系。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月至2014年12月本院住院患者不合格血液标本,其中2013年340份,2014年259份,以构成比描述不合格标本情况,采用Pearsonx。检验比较2013和2014年不合格标本率下降情况及不同类型不合格标本率下降情况。结果:血液标本不合格类型主是抽血量不准确、抗凝血凝固、真空管选择错误,这三种类型在2013年占85.88%,2014年占89.19%,;2013年血液标本不合格发生率0.46%;2014年血液标本不合格发生率0.34%,2014年血液标本不合格率显著低于2013年。结论:有效沟通能降低血液标本不合格发生率。
Objective : To analyze the relationship between effective communication and unqualified specimen Rate. Methods : A retrospective analysis substandard blood specimens from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital inpatients, including 340 in 2013, 259 in 2014, to constitute more than describe the situation failed specimens, using PearsonX2 inspection is unqualified specimen in 2013 and 2014 in quantity and different types of unqualified specimen than down.Results : Main types of unqualified blood samples were unaccurate blood volume , anticoagulant coagulation, choosing wrong vacuum , these three types of accounts for 85.88 percent in 2013, accounting for 89.19 percent in 2014,the unqualified blood samples was 0.46%;in 2013 .the unqualified blood samples was 0.34% in 2014 .the rate of unqualified blood samples in 014 was significantly lower than 2013. Conclusions : Effective communication can reduce the incidence of unqualified blood samples.
