摘要 介绍了化学气相沉积法(CVD)在线Low-E镀膜玻璃生产工艺,以及在高速拉引下在线Low-E镀膜玻璃出现的一系列问题。通过试验,详细分析了问题产生原因,并提出相应解决措施,取得了显著的经济效益。 Technology of on-line Coated Low-E glass with chemical Vapor deposition was described. A series problems occurred to Low-E glass product while drawing with high pull speed were discussed. On the basis of experiment, the causes of the problems were analyzed and some corresponding measures for solution to these problems were also presented.
