摘要
以南京绿洲船厂工业遗产改造再利用为例,分析工业遗产利用的影响因素,指出工业遗产利用需要在文化彰显、格局延续、新旧融合、绿色设计的原则下进行,从而保证在满足场所功能需求的同时又打造了具有工业文化特色的内部空间,探讨工业遗产利用与社区空间组织结合的新尝试。
Based on the industrial heritage utilization of Nanjing Lüzhou Ship building of CSIC,this paper analyzed the influence factors of industrial heritage utilization,pointed out that industrial heritage utilization should be carried out under the principle of the culture situation,space continuation,integration of old and new and green design,with the purpose of meeting the functional requirement and creating an inner space having special industrial culture features in the same time; and also discussed a new trial of the combination of industrial heritage utilization and community space.
