生土材料与水泥砂浆黏结界面切向黏结性能试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 生土材料与水泥砂浆材料接触界面切向黏结性能是衡量两种材料共同作用效果的重要指标。设计一种推剪试验方法,以有效模拟生土与水泥砂浆接触界面的实际受力状态。基于此方法,通过4组20个试件的推剪试验,得到不同界面处理试件的黏结面剪切强度、破坏荷载及位移值。试验表明:界面粗糙度对界面黏结性能、强度、断裂能有一定影响。黏结界面增设抗剪键方法可以较大程度地增大界面破坏荷载值,提高两种材料界面黏结性能。试验研究表明:生土墙体表面略做粗糙处理后,与外贴水泥砂浆有一定的黏结力,基本能够满足水泥砂浆与生土墙体共同工作的要求。 The tangential bond behavior of raw soil material and cement mortar interface is an important index to measure the combining effect of the two materials. In this paper,a method of push-shear test was designed,which had simple loading device and easy to implement,it could effectively simulate the actual stressing state of raw soil and cement mortar interface. Bonding surface shear strength,failure load and displacement value of different interface specimens were obtained from the push-shear test of 4 groups of 20 specimens. The tests indicated that interface roughness had a certain influence on interfacial bond property,strength and fracture energy. The method of adding shear key to bonding interface can increase the interface failure load value in a great degree and improve the interface bonding performance of two materials. The study showed that raw soil wall surface which was slightly roughed had a certain bond force with externally bonded cement mortar,could basically meet the requirement for the co-work of cement mortar and raw soil wall.
