永嘉县社会福利中心概念规划和建筑设计

THE CONCEPTUAL PLANNING AND DESIGN OF BUILDINGS FOR YONGJIA SOCIAL WELFARE CENTER

为了使经济发展成果惠及全体人民,保障孤残人员基本生活权益,在永嘉县社会福利中心项目建设实践中,采用"家"单元的组织模式、回归社会的教育,基于多层次人性化空间的塑造和生理、心理、认知等全面的无障碍设计理念,探索社会福利机构设计新模式,根据孤残人员的特点,塑造家庭生活的氛围,用服务街联系各功能单元,增强残障人员的可达性、便利性,把社会福利中心建设成为孤残人员的乐土,让他们真正能够融入社会。

In order to spread the benefit of economic development to everyone,and protect the rights and interests of disabled persons and orphans,in the design practice of Yongjia Social Welfare Center project,specific ＂home＂units were used to organize the buildings. Thus,it would bring them back to social education,multilevel humanized spaces were made and barrier-free design concept was used. It was also explored creative modes of social welfare institutions,by making the atmosphere of family life,and service street was used to contact with each unit and the accessibility of disabled was enhanced. Therefore,let the social welfare center be a paradise for disabled people.
