摘要
目的探究应用造影剂注射装置机械振动超声造影剂维持兔肝增强效果的最佳振动频率和时间参数。方法健康新西兰兔24只,雌雄不限,体质量2.0-2.5 kg。随机分为对照组(n=6)和实验组(n=18)。实验组分为60 Hz、90 Hz、120 Hz 3个亚组,每组6只。对照组与实验组超声造影剂分别在静置状态、不同频率振动状态于5、10、15、20、25、30 min经兔耳缘静脉团注射,采用时间-强度曲线(TIC)分析软件检测并对比各组间、组内不同时间点兔肝脏灌注的峰值强度(PI)。结果各组肝脏灌注平均PI值90 Hz亚组〉60 Hz亚组〉对照组〉120 Hz亚组。对照组与90 Hz亚组、120 Hz亚组间平均PI值比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。对照组与60 Hz亚组间平均PI值比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);60 Hz亚组、90 Hz亚组与120 Hz亚组间平均PI值比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);60 Hz亚组与90 Hz亚组平均PI值比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。对照组5、10、15、20 min与25、30 min之间PI值比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),5、10、15、20 min之间PI值比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。90 Hz亚组5、10、15、20、25、30 min之间PI值比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。对照组25、30 min与90 Hz亚组25、30 min之间PI值比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论采用造影剂注射装置机械振动超声造影剂,在振动频率90 Hz、30 min内兔肝脏灌注PI值稳定,能维持较好的增强效果。
Objective To explore the optimum frequency and time parameters in contrast enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) of rabbit liver with YZ-800 U contrast agent injection device. Methods Twenty-four male or female healthy New Zealand rabbits with body weight 2.0-2.5 kg were randomly divided into control group(n = 6) and experimental group(n = 18). The experimental group was divided into 3 sub-groups, which was 60 Hz sub-group, 90 Hz sub-group and 120 Hz sub-group(n = 6 in each sub-group). The control group and experimental group were performed by inject microbubble contrast agent(Sono Vue) into rabbit ear vein under stationary state, and different frequency at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 minutes with contrast agent injection device.The peak intensity(PI) value of rabbit liver perfusion at different time between 2 groups and inter-group were detected and compared by time-intensity curve(TIC) analysis software. Results The mean PI value was 90 Hz group 〉60 Hz group〉 control group 〉120 Hz group. Compared mean PI value in control group and 90 Hz sub-group and 120 Hz sub-group, the difference was statistically significant(P〉0.05); Compared mean PI value between control group and 60 Hz group, the difference was no statistically significant(P〈0.05); Compared mean PI value in 60 Hz sub-group, 90 Hz sub-group and 120 Hz subgroup, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); Compared mean PI value between 60 Hz sub-group and 90 Hz sub-group, the difference was no statistically significant(P〉0.05); In control group, compared PI value between 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes and 25, 30 minutes, the difference was statistically significant(P〉0.05). Compared PI value in 5, 10, 15 and 20 minutes, there was no statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Compared PI value at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 minutes in 90 Hz sub-group, there was no statistically significant difference(P〉0.05). Compared PI value at 25, 30 minutes between control group and 90 Hz sub-group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion It is demonstrated that YZ-800 U contrast agent injection device could maintain PI value stable in rabbit liver perfusion at vibration frequency of 90 Hz within 30 minutes, which to achieve good imaging result.
