摘要
通过建立合理的传热模型,应用数值计算的方法对安装集热板与否的两种工况进行了对比研究。结果表明,集热板并不能达到有效集热的效果,玻璃封球内液体的温度相对没有安装集热板的工况要低。通过对温度场及速度场的分析,发现造成这种结果的原因,一方面是集热板附近的气体的温升缓慢,另一方面是集热板附近的气体的流速受到限制。因此,建议镂空吊顶的场所应该废除集热板的使用。
A reasonable heat transfer model and numerical calculation method were presented for whether or not installing the thermal collector plate. The simulations for two conditions were conducted and compared. The results show that it can not achieve effective results with the heat collecting plate. The liquid temperature in the glass sealing ball without theheat collecting plate is relative lower than that with the plate. The reasons for this result can be analyzed by the profiles of the temperature and velocity fields. It was caused by either the lower temperature of the gas near collector plates orthe limited flow rate of the gas near the thermal collector plate. Therefore, the proposed ceiling of hollow spaces is without the use of the thermal collector plate.
