摘要
针对山地城镇特殊的地理环境,选取地形、交通、地质灾害、水环境、建设现状等多个指标因子,运用Model Builder可视化、流程化的建模功能,建构高效实用的山地城镇控规用地适宜性评价模型,并将这一模型应用于重庆市巫山县江东组团控制性详细规划中。这一过程将复杂的评价工作通过Model Builder流程图的形式简化并直观地呈现出来,提高了评价工作的效率和精度,有助于科学、高效地引导山地城镇建设。
In view of the special geographical environment in the mountain cities,it chooses the index factors such as terrain,traffic,geological disasters,water environment and construction situation,adopts the visualized and streamlined modeling function of Model Builder to construct efficient and practical mountain town regulatory land suitability evaluation model,and applies the model into the regulatory detailed planning in Jiangdong District,Wushan County,Chongqing City.This process presents the complicated evaluation simply and visually by Model Builder,promotes the efficiency and accuracy of the evaluation,and guides the mountain city construction scientifically and effectively.
