摘要
农村劳动力的就业特征表现为层次偏低,主要原因在于其整体素质不高,缺乏必要的技能。因此,有必要对其加强教育培训,提高整体素质,解决就业困难。文章选取了赣州市石城县农村劳动力作为调查样本,从农村劳动力教育培训状况、需求及影响因素分析三方面进行论述,提出了从加强培训环节建设,提升教育培训质量;加大培训资金投入,推动培训基地建设;提高思想观念认识,完善培训管理服务等方面来推进工作。
Rural labor force employment＇s characteristics show the level is low,which due to its overall quality is not high,including cultural knowledge and technical skills. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen their educational training,improve their overall quality,and solve the employment difficulties. To grasp the situation and requirement on educational training of rural labor,the paper selected the rural labor force of Shicheng County in Ganzhou City as a sample. The paper hopes to put up with some reference suggestions for the development of rural labor force educational training.
