摘要
目的探讨服务性学习引入护理学教学对护理软技能培养的影响。方法入组三年制护理专业学生72名,随机分为两组,每组各36名。试验组在对照组教学基础上引入服务性学习教学项目。临床实习前比较两组学生考核成绩和护理软技能常模量表评分。结果试验组学生的考核成绩优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生护理软技能常模量表评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论服务性学习教学项目引入护理学教学利于提高学生考核成绩和提升护理软技能。
Objective To evaluate the value of service learning in nursing soft skill training. Methods 72 cases of the three year nursing students were randomly divided into two groups, 36 cases in each group. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group was introduced into the service learning project. Before clinical practice, two groups of students were compared to assess the grades and nursing soft skills norm scale score. Results Of the students in the experimental group assessment scores than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05), the students in the experimental group of nursing soft skills often die table score higher than the control group, the difference has statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The introduction of nursing teaching in service learning projects is beneficial to improve students' examination results and improve nursing soft skills.
