医学生智能手机成瘾的焦点解决短期个案治疗

A Case Report on Brief Solution-Focused Therapy of Medical Student' Smartphone Addiction

医学生智能手机成瘾已成为医学院校普遍面临的问题之一,目前对医学生智能手机成瘾的研究尚不多见,干预对策研究更为缺乏。本文对锦州医科大学临床专业1名大一年级智能手机成瘾女生采用焦点解决短期治疗进行心理干预,通过个案效果评估以期为医学生智能手机成瘾的干预对策提供实践依据。

Medical students＇ Smartphone addiction has become one of the common problems in medical universities. Now, the study on medical students＇ smartphone addiction is rare, and its intervention strategy is more lack. A female smartphone addict from clinical medicine of Jinzhou Medical University accepted the brief solution-focused therapy. The intervention evaluation will provide practical basis for intervention strategy of medical students＇ smartphone addiction.
