当前,我国高等医学院校学生党建工作中存在着入党积极分子选拔、学生入党后的教育培训与考核等方面的制度建设不健全;党建活动内容与形式单一等主要问题,影响了学生党支部的战斗堡垒作用与先进性的发挥。因此,新形势下,健全入党积极分子选拔、学生入党后的培训与考核等方面的制度;创新党建活动的内容与形式以及充分利用网络平台等形式,是新时期医学院校学生党建工作发展的新方向。

At present, there are some problems in the Party building work of medical college students in our country. For example, the activists of the selection system, the education, the training and the evaluation system of Party members are not perfect. While, the content and form of Party building activities are still relatively single. All these problems have seriously affected the construction of the Party branch and the advanced nature of the communist Party. Therefore, we need to improve the activists of the selection system, the education, the training and the evaluation system of Party members. And we also need to make full use of the network platform. All these measures are the new direction of the development of students＇ Party building work in medical colleges.
