2010～2014年安康市旬阳县手足口病流行病学调查研究

Epidemiological Investigation of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease in Xunyang County of Ankang City From 2010 to 2014

目的分析2010~2014年安康市旬阳县手足口病的发病现状。方法采用描述流行病学研究方法,对安康市旬阳县2010~2014年报告的手足口病病例进行流行病学分析。结果 2010~2014年旬阳县报告手足口病发病率分别为150.1/10万、82.9/10万、57.6/10万、181.1/10万及181.1/10万。均无死亡病例报告。2010~2014年男性发病例数与女性发病例数之比分别为1.80：1、1.47：1、1.39：1、1.60：1、1.28：1。发病年龄为1个月~70岁,主要集中0~5岁婴幼儿,分别占2010~2014年各年发病总人数的77.6%、88.1%、87.9%、87.8%和84.9%。结论 5岁以下幼儿是手足口病的重点防控人群,应采取综合性措施预防与控制手足口病的发生和流行强度,同时应提高该病的临床诊断与治疗水平。

Objective To analyze the situation of hand-foot-andmouth disease in Xunyang county, Ankang city from 2010 to 2014. Methods The cases of hand-foot-and-mouth disease reported from 2010 to 2014 in Xunyang county, Ankang city were analyzed by epidemiological analysis with descriptive epidemiology. Results The incidence of handfoot-and-mouth disease in Xunyang from 2010 to 2014 were respectively 150.1/one hundred thousand, 82.9/one hundred thousand, 57.6/one hundred thousand, 181.1/one hundred thousand, and 181.1/one hundred thousand. No death case reported. The morbidity of male-female ratio from 2010 to 2014 were respectively 1.80： 1, 1.47： 1, 1.39： 1, 1.60： 1, 1.28： 1. The age of onset was 1 months to 70 years old. The mainly patients were 0~5 years old, the rates in all total number of disease in every year from 2010 to 2014 were respectively 77.6%, 88.1%, 87.9%, 87.8% and 84.9%. Conclusion Children under five years old should be particularly prevention and control. Comprehensive measures should be taken to prevent and control the occurrence of hand-foot-and-mouth disease and epidemic intensity. At the same time, the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease should be improved.
