摘要
目的探讨Plilips128层i CT及1.5TMR诊断肾及肾上腺皮质肿瘤中的效果。方法选取就诊疑似肾及肾上腺皮质肿瘤患者80例,根据诊断方法的不同将其进行随机分组,各40例,对照组采用1.5TMR方法辅助临床诊断,试验组采用Plilips128层i CT的方法辅助临床诊断。结果试验组与对照组诊断结果的特异性(80.0%vs.55.5%)、敏感性(77.1%vs.51.6%)、准确性(77.5%vs.52.5%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Plilips128层i CT在诊断肾及肾上腺皮质肿瘤上具有一定的显著性。
Objective To discuss the effect of Plilips 128-slice i CT and 1.5TMR in diagnosing renal and adrenal tumors. Methods 80 cases suspected renal and adrenal tumors in our hospital were selected, and they were divided randomly into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each. The control group was given 1.5T MR aided with clinical diagnosis. The observation group was given Plilips 128-slice i CT aided with clinical diagnosis. Results The experimental group and control group of specificity（80.0% vs. 55.5%）, sensitivity（77.1% vs. 51.6%）, accuracy（77.5% vs. 52.5%） had statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect is significant of Plilips 128-slice i CT in diagnosing renal and adrenal tumors.
