手术治疗胆结石的临床研究

Clinical Study on Surgical Treatment of Gallstones

目的探讨手术治疗胆结石的临床效果。方法按照时间顺序将我院于2014年12月~2015年12月收治的80例胆结石患者分为两组,对照组（40例）和观察组（40例）。给予对照组传统开腹手术治疗,给予观察组腹腔镜手术治疗,对比并分析两组患者的治疗情况。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为95%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为77.5%,观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,且并发症发生率较小,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,χ~2=7.895 7）。结论对胆结石患者实施腹腔镜手术治疗,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgery in the treatment of gallstones. Methods From December 2014 to December 2015, 80 patients with gallstones treated in our hospital were divided into control group（40 patients） and study group（40 patients） according to their hospital-visitation sequence; patients in control group were operated with laparotomy, while, patients in study group were operated with endoscopic surgery treatment, and then compare patients＇ treatment effects between two groups. Results Observe patients therapeutically effective rate was 95% in the control group of patients with a therapeutically effective rate was 77.5%, the observation group were significantly higher efficiency of treatment,and the incidence of complications is small, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05, χ2 = 7.895 7）. Conclusion In the implementation of laparoscopic surgery for patients with gallstones, the effect is significant.
