肝叶切除治疗肝胆管结石疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Hepatectomy in the Treatment of Liver and Bile Duct Stonesy

目的探讨肝叶切除术治疗肝内胆管结石的临床效果。方法 180例肝内胆管结石患者按照不同术式分为肝叶切除组与非肝叶切除组,每组各有90例。随访6个月以上观察比较两组治疗的临床效果。结果肝叶切除组疗效优良率为94.4%(85/90)高于非肝叶切除组的疗效优良率82.2%(74/90)(P<0.05);结石复发17例,其中肝叶切除组6例、非肝叶切除组11例,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肝叶切除术治疗肝内胆管结石有较高的手术优良率,术后结石复发少,临床效果显著。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of hepatectomy on hepatic calculus. Methods 180 cases of hepatic calculus were divided into hepatectomy group and irregular hepatectomy group by different surgery, 90 patients in each group. The clinical effects in two groups were compared and observed after more than 6 months follow up. Results The excellence rate of effects in hepatectomy group was 94.4%（85/90） which was obviously higher than irregular hepatectomy group＇s 82.2%（74/90）（P〈0.05）. There were 17 patients recurrence of calculus, 6 in hepatectomy group and 11 in irregular hepatectomy group, the difference between two group was not statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hepatectomy on hepatic calculus has better excellent rate and lower recurrence rate of calculus. Its clinical effects were remarkable.
