小切口手术与传统甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤的对比评估

Comparison of Small Incision Surgery and Traditional Thyroid Surgery in the Treatment of Thyroid Tumor

目的评价甲状腺肿瘤实施小切口手术与传统甲状腺手术治疗的疗效。方法将86例甲状腺肿瘤患者随机分为两组,观察组43例实施小切口手术,对照组43例实施传统甲状腺手术。结果在术中出血量上,观察组少于对照组(P<0.05)。在并发症发生率上,观察组为6.98%,比对照组的23.53%低(P<0.05)。结论施小切口手术治疗效果要优于传统甲状腺手术治疗。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of small incision surgery and traditional thyroid surgery in the treatment of thyroid tumor. Methods 86 cases of thyroid cancer were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 43 cases of the implementation of small incision surgery, control group of 43 cases of traditional traditional thyroid surgery. Results In the amount of bleeding during surgery, the observation group was significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）. In the incidence of complications, the observation group was 6.98%, lower than that of the control group of 23.53%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of small incision surgery is better than that of traditional thyroid surgery.
