导向器辅助内固定及传统内固定治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerⅢ型骨折的对比

Comparison of the Guide Assisted Internal Fixation and Traditional Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Schatzker III Type Fractures of the Tibial Plateau

目的探讨导向器辅助内固定及传统内固定治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerⅢ型骨折的差异。方法 40例胫骨平台SchatzkerⅢ型骨折的患者根据治疗方法的不同分为研究组(关节镜下导向器辅助内固定治疗)和对照组(传统内固定术)。结果研究组手术时间、住院时间、切口大小小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后9个月膝关节HSS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论导向器辅助内固定治疗SchatzkerⅢ型骨折在手术时间、手术损伤上优于传统内固定术。

Objective To discuss the difference between guider assisted internal fixation and traditional internal fixation on treating Schatzker Ⅲ tibial plateau fracture. Methods 40 cases of Schatzker Ⅲ tibial plateau fracture patients were divided into the study group（arthroscopic guider assisted internal fixation） and the control group（traditional fixation）. Results The operation time, hospitalization time, incision size of study group were significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）, HSS score of knee joint 9 months after surgery in the study group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Guider assisted internal fixation of Schatzker Ⅲ fracture is better than traditional internal fixation on operation time and operation damage.
