莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片在功能性消化不良治疗中的应用

Application of Mosapride Combined With Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的探讨莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片在功能性消化不良治疗中的疗效。方法选取我院胃肠道门诊部收治的80例功能性消化不良患者为调查对象。按照随机分配法分组。观察组与对照组人数均为40例。对照组以莫沙必利联合兰索拉唑结合法进行治疗;观察组在此基础上联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片进行治疗。每疗程4周,评定治疗效果。结果组间治疗总有效率分析,观察组为85%,对照组为65%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应情况分析,观察组患者不良反应发生率为10%,对照组为7.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗功能性消化不良效果显著。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of mosapride combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets advantage in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 80 cases of functional dyspepsia patients admitted to our hospital in our hospital were investigated. Grouped according to the random allocation method. Conclusion Mosapride combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets has significant effect in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
