摘要
目的分析并研究马来酸桂哌齐特治疗偏头痛性眩晕的临床效果。方法选择我院在2014年5月~2016年1月收治的偏头痛性眩晕患者104例作为本研究的研究对象,以随机数字法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各有患者52例。对照组患者采用银杏达莫注射液进行治疗,观察组患者采用马来酸桂哌齐特进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗以后,两组患者的头痛情况和头痛频率均有所缓解,但观察组患者的缓解效果优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论临床上对于偏头痛性眩晕患者,为患者采用马来酸桂哌齐特进行治疗,能够更好地缓解患者的头痛情况,减少患者的头痛频率,促进患者的恢复。
Objective Study on cinepazide maleate on migraine vertigo effect. Methods 104 cases of migraine patients with vertigo were chose as the object of this study in our hospital from May 2014 to January 2016, randomly divided into study group and control group, each group of 52 cases. The control group used ginkgo-dipyidamolum injection in treatment group treatment with maleic acid, sodium salt piperazine zitt, compared two groups of patients. Results Observation of treatment effect than the control group, P〈0.05, significant differences was statistically significant. Conclusion Effect of cinepazide maleate in the treatment of headaches and dizziness is better.
