内镜下切除十二指肠乳头良性肿瘤术的护理

Nursing Care of Patients With Benign Tumor of Duodenal Papilla Under Endoscope

目的探讨内镜下切除十二指肠乳头良性肿瘤术的护理效果。方法选取在我院进行十二指肠乳头良性肿瘤治疗的患者30例,对所有患者进行围手术期护理干预。结果所有患者均成功切除病灶,有效率为100%,有2例患者出现出血的情况,并发症的发生率为6.67%,复发率为3.33%。结论对于肝硬化腹水的患者积极给予内科治疗,能够提高治疗效果,帮助患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic resection of benign tumor of duodenal papilla. Methods 30 cases of benign tumor of duodenal papilla in our hospital were selected, and the perioperative nursing intervention was performed in all patients. Results All patients had successful resection of the lesion, the effective rate was 100%, there were 2 cases of bleeding, the incidence of complications was 6.67%, the recurrence rate was 3.33%. Conclusion For patients with cirrhosis of the liver and ascites to actively give medical treatment, can improve the treatment effect, to help patients recover as soon as possible.
