个体化健康教育处方对慢性宫颈炎患者医学知识知晓率及护理满意度的影响

Effect of Individual Health Education Prescription on Awareness Rate of Medical Knowledge and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients With Chronic Cervicitis

目的探讨个体化健康教育处方对慢性宫颈炎患者医学知识知晓率及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2013年8月~2016年3月80例患者,分为两组,各40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施个体化的健康教育处方,比较两组医学知识知晓率及护理满意度及生活质量变化。结果观察组医学知识知晓率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,护理满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组生活质量总分优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论针对慢性宫颈炎患者实施个体化健康教育处方,能有效提高患者健康知识知晓率、改善护患关系,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of individual health education prescription for chronic cervicitis with medicine and nursing knowledge satisfaction. Methods 80 cases from August 2013 to March 2016 were divided into two group, 40 cases in each group, the control group were used the routine care, the observation group were used individual health education prescriptions, then medical knowledge and life quality were compared. Reults The knowledge among medical in the observation group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）, treatment satisfaction was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）, life quality was better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with chronic cervicitis implementation of individual health education prescription can effectively improve the patient＇s health knowledge and awareness,so it can improve the nurse-patient relationship and improve life quality.
