临床护理路径在腹腔镜子宫全切术中的应用效果

Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

目的对临床护理路径在腹腔镜子宫全切术中的应用效果进行探讨。方法选取我院2014年6月~2015年12月进行腹腔镜子宫全切手术患者100例,根据入院的编号平均分组,单号为对照组,双号为实验组,各50例,对照组不作任何规定,实验组行临床护理路径,对比两组患者的平均住院天数、费用以及护理的满意度。结果实验组患者住院的天数、费用均低于对照组,且满意度高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论临床护理路径在腹腔镜子宫全切术中的应用效果较好,能提高患者满意度,减少住院天数与费用。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods 100 cases of laparoscopic uterine total resection surgery patients were selected in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2014, according to the number of admission average grouping, single number as the control group, double number as the experimental group, 50 cases in each group, control group do not make any provision, experimental clinical nursing path, the average hospitalization days, compared two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction. Results The experimental group patients hospitalized days and cost are lower than the control group, and the degree of satisfaction is higher than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Clinical nursing path in laparoscopic uterine full cut method the application effect is good, can improve patient satisfaction and reduce the cost and the hospitalization days.
