摘要
目的观察优质护理在老年高血压患者中的应用效果。方法 200例老年高血压患者按照入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各100例。观察组给予优质护理,对照组给予常规护理。结果护理后观察组患者血压控制良好率(77.00%)高于对照组(36.00%)(P<0.05)。护理后观察组患者心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能、情绪生活评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可以有效改善老年高血压患者的血压水平和生活质量。
Objective To observe the application effect of high-quality nursing in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods 200 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were divided into observation group and control group with each 100 cases according to the order of admission. Observation group was given high-quality nursing, control group received conventional nursing. Results After nursing, the wellcontrolled rate of blood pressure of patients in observation group（77.00%） was higher than control group（36.00%）（P〈0.05）. The scores of psychological function, social function, physical function, emotional life and the total scores of patients in observation group were all higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-quality nursing can effectively improve blood pressure levels and the quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension.
