个性化优质护理在甲状腺手术患者围手术期的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Individualized Nursing in Perioperative Period of Patients With Thyroid Surgery

目的探究个性化优质护理在甲状腺手术患者围手术期的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2015年2月~2016年5月收治的122例甲状腺患者资料,分为对照组（60例）和研究组（62例）,对照组采用常规护理,研究组给予个性化优质护理,对比两组的SDS、SAS评分及护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,而护理总满意率为96.77%高于对照组的81.67%,两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论实施个性化优质护理,能够缓解患者的不良情绪,提高患者依从性及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing care in perioperative period of patients with thyroid surgery. Methods 122 cases of thyroid patients admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, the patients were divided into control group（60 cases） and study group（62 cases） and the control group received routine nursing care, the research group to be personalized care, SDS, SAS scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the research group SDS, SAS scores were lower than the control group, while the total satisfaction rate of nursing was 96.77% higher than the control group of 81.67%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of personalized quality care, can ease the patient＇s bad mood, improve patient compliance and nursing satisfaction.
