循证护理模式在外科疼痛管理中的应用

Application of Evidence-based Nursing Model in Surgical Management of Pain

目的探索分析循证护理模式在外科疼痛管理中的作用。方法将我院近3年来外科收治的患者83例随机分为实验组和对照组,两组治疗方案相近,对照组采用常规护理,实验组除常规护理外,引入循证护理模式,比较两组疼痛控制率、疼痛知识掌握程度及对护理的满意程度;并进行统计学分析。结果实验组疼痛改善率为92.8%(39/42),对照组疼痛改善率为75.6%(31/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组对疼痛相关知识掌握率为83.3%(35/42),对照组对疼痛知识掌握率为68.3%(28/41),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度为90.5%(38/42),对照组护理满意度为70.7%(29/41),观察组护理满意度高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科疼痛管理中引入循证护理模式能增加患者依从性,提高患者满意度,改善外科护理质量,促进患者康复等。

Objective To explore analysis of evidence-based nursing mode in the role of surgery in pain management. Methods 83 cases of surgical patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in our hospital in nearly 3 years, two groups of similar treatment, control group routine nursing, the experimental group in addition to the routine nursing care, the introduction of evidence-based nursing mode, comparing two groups of pain control, the degree of pain knowledge and satisfaction of nursing, Statistical analysis was carried on. Results Experimental group the pain improvement rate was 92.8%（39/42）. In control group, the pain improvement rate was 75.6%（31/41）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, experimental group of pain related knowledge mastery rate was 83.3%（35/42）, the control group of pain knowledge master rate was 68.3%（28/41）, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the experimental group, nursing satisfaction was 90.5%（38/42）, the control group, nursing satisfaction was 70.7%（29/41）, observation group of nursing satisfaction is higher than that of the control group and the difference between the two groups has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The introduction of evidence-based nursing in surgical management of pain management can increase patient compliance, improve patient satisfaction, improve the quality of surgical care, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
