发展性照顾在早产儿护理中的应用

Application of Developmental Care on the Nursing of Premature

目的探讨发展性照顾应用于早产儿临床护理中的效果。方法选择我科2010年1月~2015年12月收治的早产儿53例为观察组,选择同期我科收治的早产儿51例为对照组,对照组予常规护理方法,观察组在此基础上应用发展性照顾护理。比较两组患儿入院7 d后体重及喂奶量。结果入院时,两组患儿体重和喂奶量差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗及护理7 d后,观察组体重和喂奶量均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论发展性照顾应用于早产儿临床护理中可增加其摄奶量,促进体重增长。

Objective To discuss the effect of developmental care on the nursing of premature. Methods 53 premature in our department from January 2010 to December 2015 were chosen as observation group. 51 premature in our department at the same time were chosen as control group. Control group were treated with traditional nursing. On these bases, observation group were treated with developmental care. The weight and milk volume for feeding were compared between two groups after 7 days admission. Results At the beginning of admission, the differences of weight and milk volume for feeding in two groups were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After 7 days treatment and nursing, the weight and milk volume for feeding in observation group were better than control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Developmental care on the nursing of premature could increase the milk volume for feeding and improve the weight growth.
