摘要
使用真空泵将待测乳制品抽滤到细菌滤膜上,把细菌滤膜固定在玻碳电极上,在p H值为7.0磷酸盐缓冲液中,控制电解池内温度为25℃,以饱和Ag/Ag Cl电极作为参比电极,2 min内进行伏安法快速测定,可以检测乳制品中的细菌总数。该方法与平板计数法的检测结果一致。
Dairy products were filtered to bacterial membrane using a vacuum pump. Then bacterial membrane was pasted on the face of glassy carbon electrode. The modified electrode was placed in pH7.0 phosphate buffer with saturated Ag/AgCl electrode as the reference elec- trode when the cell temperature is 25 degree centigrade. Bacterial contamination in dairy products was detected rapidly by voltammetery in 2 minutes. The test result is consistent with the plate count method.
