回顾了改革开放以来我国家庭林场的发展历史,划分为承包集体荒山、承包国有林地发展以及流转集体林地三个阶段,对新时期家庭林场的定义和标准进行解读,并在此基础上提出林权流转、商品林采伐、金融扶持、林地使用权以及职业林农培养等方面的政策支持建议。

Based on the division of three stages which are collective barren hill contraction, state-owned forest land contraction and collective forest farm circulation, the passage defines the family forest farm with the certification though the review of the development history of family forest farm in China. Suggesting the related policies supported on the circulation of forest right, commodity forest cutting, financial support, the usage right of forest farm and professional forest farmers＇ cultivation.
