摘要
根据二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定水中六价铬的原理,综合运用智能控制技术、嵌入式技术、GPRS通讯技术、传感器技术等实现了一款六价铬水质在线自动监测仪。文中对仪器设计与实现方法进行了讨论。测试表明该仪器达到了设计要求,运行稳定,满足对水环境中六价铬的实时监测需求。
According to the principle of the determination of hexavalent chromium in water with the spectrophotometric method of diphenyl carbazide, an online automatic monitoring instrument of water quality with hexavalent chromium has been developed with the comprehensive application of intelligent control technique, embedded technique, GPRS communication technique and sensor technique and so on. This paper discusses the design and the implementation of the instrument. The test result shows that the instrument reaches the requirements of the design and has the advantage of stable operation. So the instrument can meet the demand for real - time monitoring of hexavalent chromium in the water environment.
