随着网络的发展,网络对社会舆论的影响力也越来越大。这既与网络自身特点有关,也与公民权力意识的觉醒密不可分。近年来,通过网络媒体报道,一些违法犯罪现象因在公众的视野下曝光而受到法律制裁;同时也存在误导舆论、干扰司法裁判的现象。因此应理清网络环境下社会舆论与司法裁判的关系,找到相应措施促进法治不断进步。

With the development of network, the network has an increasing influence on the public opinions, which is not only connected with the characteristics of the network itself, but also related closely to the awakening of the awareness of civil fights. In recent years, through the network media reports, some illegal and criminal phenomena have been brought to justice due to the exposure to public view. Meanwhile, there are phenomena ofmisleading the public opinions and inter- fering with judicial adjudication. So we should clarify the relationship between public opinions and judicial adjudication in the network environment and find the corresponding measures to promote the continuous progress of the rule of law.
