紫外分光光度法测定藏药二十五味余甘子丸中总鞣质的含量

Determination of Total Tannin in Tibetan Traditional Medicine Ershiwuwei yuganzi pills by UV

目的：建立二十五味余甘子丸中总鞣质的含量测定方法。方法：以没食子酸为对照品，磷钼钨酸为显色剂，检测波长760nm。结果：没食子酸的线性范围为1．024～10．24ug（r=0．9996），平均回收率99．2％，RSD=0．6％。结论：该方法简单、准确、重复性好，可用于二十五味余甘子丸中总鞣质的含量测定。

ObjectiveTo set up a method for determination total tannin in ershiwuwei yuganzi pill. Methods Gallic acid to be refer- ence, and colored with Phosphorus molybdenum tungsten acid, the wavelength of detect was set at 760 nm. Results The linearity was ob- tained within the range of 1. 024 - 10. 240 ug （r =0. 9996） ; The average recovery （n =6） was 99. 2%, and RSD was 0. 6%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and repeatable. It could be adopted to determinate the total tannin in ershiwuwei yuganzi pill.
