紫外分光光度法测定藏药二十五味余甘子丸中总鞣质的含量

摘要 目的:建立二十五味余甘子丸中总鞣质的含量测定方法。方法:以没食子酸为对照品,磷钼钨酸为显色剂,检测波长760nm。结果:没食子酸的线性范围为1.024~10.24ug(r=0.9996),平均回收率99.2%,RSD=0.6%。结论:该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于二十五味余甘子丸中总鞣质的含量测定。 ObjectiveTo set up a method for determination total tannin in ershiwuwei yuganzi pill. Methods Gallic acid to be refer- ence, and colored with Phosphorus molybdenum tungsten acid, the wavelength of detect was set at 760 nm. Results The linearity was ob- tained within the range of 1. 024 - 10. 240 ug (r =0. 9996) ; The average recovery (n =6) was 99. 2%, and RSD was 0. 6%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and repeatable. It could be adopted to determinate the total tannin in ershiwuwei yuganzi pill.
