天麻钩藤饮合耳聋左慈丸治疗神经性耳鸣38例临床观察

Clinical study on treating neurogenic tinnitus with Tianmagouteng Drink combined with Erlongzuoci Pill

目的：观察天麻钩藤饮合耳聋左慈丸治疗老年神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法：将68例神经性耳鸣患者随机分为对照组30例和联合组38例，对照组给予耳聋左慈丸治疗，联合组在对照组的基础上合用天麻钩藤饮颗粒治疗，用药时间均为1个月，随访1月，记录不良反应并观察疗效。结果：联合组总有效率为78．9％，与对照组总有效率（60．0％）比较，差异具有统计学意义（X2=4．369，P=0．0258），且两组患者在治疗及随访期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论：天麻钩藤饮合耳聋左慈丸治疗神经性耳鸣具有很好的临床疗效，且无明显不良反应，值得在临床应用。

Objective To observe the clinical study on treating neurogenic tinnitus with Tianmagouteng Drink combined with Er- longzuoci Pill. Methods 68 patients with neurogenic tinnitus is divided into the control group 30 cases and combined group of 38 cases according to random indicator method, control group given Erlongzuoci Pill, on the basis of control group, combined group given Tian- magouteng Drink, duration of 1 months, after 1 month follow - up, record adverse reactions was recorded and to observe curative effect. Results Combined group total effective rate was 78.9% , compared with the control group total effective rate （60. 0% ） had sig- nificant difference （X2 = 4. 369, P = 4. 369 ） , and 2 groups of patients during treatment and follow - up were not obvious adverse reac- tion occurred. Conclusion Tianmagouteng Drink combined with Erlongzuoci Pill on ear nerve deafness tinnitus has good clinical cura- tive effect, no obvious side- effects, is worth in clinical application.
