外周血白细胞介素-11表达在非小细胞肺癌患者中的意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者外周血白细胞介素-11(IL-11)mRNA及蛋白的表达与预后的相关性。方法收集2014年5月至2015年3月该院收治的80例NSCLC患者及20例健康志愿者的外周血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清IL-11蛋白,采用反转录PCR(RT-PCR)法检测全血IL-11mRNA的表达,并进行比较分析。结果 NSCLC患者外周血IL-11mRNA及蛋白表达水平均较健康对照者升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且不同分期NSCLC患者IL-11mRNA及蛋白表达水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),分期越高IL-11mRNA及蛋白表达水平越高。结论 NSCLC患者外周血IL-11mRNA及蛋白的表达与肿瘤分期相关,可成为判断NSCLC预后的指标之一。
