摘要
为研究不同运动项目对反应速度的影响,本文对扬州大学60名体育学院不同专项的大学生进行为期8周的专项练习,并测试专项练习前后反应时和运动时,对两次的测试结果进行统计学分析。结果表明:与练习前相比,大部分学生在各自专项练习后反应时、运动时都有较明显下降;乒乓球专项学生的反应时、运动时下降幅度高于其他专项的学生;健美操、篮球、武术次之;乒乓球、健美操、篮球对运动时提高有着积极性的影响,武术对运动时影响不明显;男女生在不同运动项目练习下反应时与运动时的提升有一定差别。
In order to research the effects of different exercise program on reaction speed,we detected the reaction time and movement time of 60 undergraduates belongs to different exercise programs in Physical Education College. These data were detected before and after eight- week practice and then be statistical analyzed. The results showed that: Comparing with previous practice,the reaction time and movement time of majority students after different exercise programs practice were decreased significantly. The decline of reaction time and movement time in Table Tennis was obviously than other exercise programs,such as aerobics,basketball,and martial art.Table tennis,aerobics,basketball could improve response speed significantly,and martial arts influence on the movement was not obviously. There were some differences on response speed improvement after different exercise programs practice in different gender.
