摘要
探索新的体育教育专业人才培养模式以适应学校体育教学改革与发展的新需求。在分析当前体育教育专业传统的"一专多能"人才培养模式的优势和不足的基础之上,结合学校体育改革实际,提出了构建"多能一专"人才培养模式的设想,即强调"多能"、兼顾"一专"的"全能型"新的人才培养模式,同时,提出了一些教学改进建议。
Exploring new talent training model of physical education major in order to fit in with the needs of school reforming and developing. After analyzing the current advantages and disadvantages of training model of expert in one thing and good at many of physical education major,and according to the facts of school physical education developing,the author put forward a new talent training model of good at many things and expert in one.It emphasizes＂good at many＂and combines with＂expert in one＂. Meanwhile,some proposals are presented.
